Cybersquatting by a psycho ex

My friend's ex owns her name and all related web domains, and is using them to display defaming messages.  Does she have any recourse, legal or otherwise?

RE: Cybersquatting by a psycho ex

Depending on the nature of the content displayed, she has legal resources available. If not a federal case, a punitive (damages) law suit or even a threat of a suit might do the trick.

I'd send a letter through a lawyer asking her to cease and desist, and if it doesn't work, sue.
