What now? Cushing's or what????

My doctor initially thought i had Cushing's syndrome, as i had all the signs and symptoms, and they had found an adrenal adenoma Tests were performed and a dexamethasone test showed things were not normal, but follow up 24 hour urine tests came back normal, a further CT scan was done 12 months later and the adenoma was found to be a cyst on the adrenal gland, which had decreased in size My problem now is, why do i have all the signs and symptoms? I am probably in a worse situation than previously, as now there is no explanation for this, can anyone help??? Jan
