I used to have really bad anxiety attacks and it turned out that I was intolerant to gluten. When I cut out gluten my anxiety went about in about 2 days. That's a pretty simple solution. If you have an intolerance to gluten, your intestines will be damaged and since most of the serotonin is in your intestines, your body isn't able to use it effectively. Definitely try that one. You don't need a doctor for it.
