Crochet Pattern for Order of the Eastern Star Pot Holder

I have looked nearly everywhere for a crochet pattern for the Order of the Eastern Star Pot Holder.  I believe it is made with thread and has a hobnail texture.  I hope someone has the pattern or can point me in the right direction.  Thank you in advance.
