A:Hi, Sorry but I am still not understanding something. I've got skipping the next 2 dc (from previous row) but do not understand how to skip the first 3 stitches of the chain 4. Is that from the previous row too? If I am skipping 5 stitches why don't they just say that? I feel like it is a different language. Any ideas? Thank you!
