If the abuse is bad enough to do physical harm, it is called assault.  Any whiner can claim to have been psychologically abused, when all they wanted was to get sympathy and get someone else beaten within an inch of HIS life. 

Personally, if I get one more man hater telling me that I have sold out the sisterhood, or played into the hands of the "patriarchy" (whatever that might be) or any more games, then that's it!  Let's see how you like to get physical with this old broad!

The good thing is that I get along very well with guys.  Just treat them like people and they always respond.

But with feminists around, then everyone hates everyone else.  It is just that simple, ladies.

   There already are such charges, although they are not termed bullying. Domestic Violence charges in many states use several of your bullets as criteria for arrest.  All four of your points are also standard definition in the profile of a perpetrator in Domestic violence scenarios.  Battering is not the only criteria for a domestic violence charge.

Definetly, I have a sister-in-law that is bullying me now - family does not believe me.  She bullies thru emails and sending emails to others saying what a bad person, I am.  This should be stopped it is affecting me with family and my health.

Bullying, abuse , battering are all crimes, in my opinion. Emotional abuse causes many physical conditions: stomach problems, stress disorders, eating disorders. The mind is not separate from the body. One type of trauma effects the whole being.Sad to say, the repercussions don't often show up until much later in life. " What the mind chooses to forget the body will remember." Verbal engages emotional, emotional engages physical. To varying and lesser degrees, the one who abuses seeks to control others through violence.....and I've been there before and I am fighting to get away from it now
