Credit card fraud

I have been charged for 2 different charges on my credit card  11-12 for $33.71

11/16  $33.26  since I can never  to talk to a person  I don't know what I should do.  I will be notifiying the sherrif tomorrow morning and the bank  what options do I have

You can dispute the charges in writing.  The address should be on your credit card statement.  Tell them you did not make those purchases and you want them to investigate.  You will not have to pay for those charges until the investigation is over.
