Credit Card Processor Wants to buy out my monthly residuals and contracts

Last year I worked for a credit card processing company and sold quite a few accounts, I was recently asked by this company to sell them my contracts so I won't continue to recieve my monthly residuals and start over so I guess my question to anyone in this business what is a good rule of thumb of what amount to ask for?
