I love cow foot souse, I can not buy it where I currently live. I would like to get a receipe for it I have a general idea on how to prepare it. My neighbor in New York used to fix it for me.

You might find it in an old Southern United States cookbook. Google Paula Deen. She has a restaurant in Savannah Georgia USA and she writes cookbooks. She will know how to find a recipe for you I'll bet. Good Luck. My grandmother used to make souse, but I was never interested in learning how to make it. My loss I'm sure.
