Costly electric baseboard

Eric, my TV room was an addition put in many years ago before I bought the house and, because it was built on a cement slab, it was not possible to add the vents for forced hot air (as in the rest of the house). Electric baseboard was added, but is extremely costly every winter. Any suggestions? Thanks!
