Cost and items that need replaced

Joe, If the transmission hasn't failed, but you want to replace the snap ring. What is the cost and it sound like another part would need to be replaced if the groove for ring has changed. Trying to get a feel what the price of this repair will run? Thanks Tom

RE: Cost and items that need replaced

I haven't had experience with such trouble but I would call a few car repair shops and see what the average is. You can try calling places in different areas to get a better idea of the cost.
