Well, I think to find out the cost of electricity of your Xmas lights, you have to multiply the kWh(kilowatt hour) by the rate of kWh. The amount will depend on the kilowatts of the Xmas lights and the length of time you have them on. I would advice to get LED Xmas lights (use 80 to 90% less electricity:o).
