"220 Osgood AvenueThis building Is manage by Osgood LLC and Is the worst building on Staten Island.The supposely Landlord's don't care about the building.different names on different leases and the Superintenant does not make any repairs what so ever.This building is polluted Is also sinking to the left side Landlords wants rent money but no repairs not even the Councilman was able to help."
