Correct weight

If I am 5'6 and female.... how much should I weigh?  You know how doctors have those charts that say what average is and all that, how much should someone my height weigh?

RE: correct weight.  Do not use a BMI as it has been proven wrong.  For best indicator is shape.  Bmi i fails to account for muscle.  A athlete may weigh more and be toned wear smaller size because of muscularity and fitness   BMI does not count fat It is a ratio of weight to height.  Under Bmi a person can be out of shape ,blubbery and score in a "healthy" range.  Waist to hip is the way to goThe basic 10" between bust and waist and waist and hip.  But how you look is still the best inticator If you are with rolls of fat you neet to tone up.  weight training to keep the muscle and bone density as well as running, swimming for lung and overall sleek look.
