Correct Filing Method

What is the accepted/standard way to file a numeric file in an alpha file system?

Smile, it's contagious!

Numbers are filed before letters from lowest to highest.  If they are spelled out, file according to the letters in the number.      EX:  [ 1, 5, 10 ] /  five, one, ten  The letter f is before the letter o alphabetically.  If more that one file has the same numbers proceed to the first word that follows the numbers alphabetically.
