Corn Oil vs. Olive oil

Can corn oil be used as a replalcement for olive oil in salad dressing? Any dressing recipes using corn oil? Thajnk You. MIke Thomas

Yes, corn oil can be used as a replacement for olive oil in salad dressings, as it is used as a cooking and salad oil.

Yes it can be used instead of olive oil but it will of course not taste the same. And olive oil is the healthiest cooking oil although corn oil is not far behind. A woman who lived in Italy lived to be over 120 years old and she used to drink a glass of olive oil every day....

Olive oil is very healthy for you. If you don't like the taste, get light, extra virgin. Corn oil not only tastes different, but I don't think that it is very healthy.( But that is my own personal opinion)
