Copyright and fair use on the Internet

What is the most useful guide to copyright and fair use?  I'm looking for something that non-lawyers can use, in order to know whether they are allowed to post materials (text, pictures, video, etc.) on the Web.

Targetlaw a lawyer directory

Copyright and patent law is very complex. I would check with

http://www.nolo.com which has a lot of free content. Internet content is a whole different beast than hardcopy. If you need Patent attorney or a Copyright Lawyer go to either www.findlaw.com, www.lawyers.com , or www.targetlaw.com
