Copy Cat Recipes

Can anyone tell me how to get copy cat recipes from my favorite restaurant menu, that  I can make at home.  I'm not asking for any trade secrets.  There are people who can copy cat recipes that are just as good as the restaurant dishes.  I'm looking for a red lobster spicy sauce and noodle recipe.
