I have to cook a turkey for 20 people. Do you have a suggestions? I thought maybe to cook 2 12 lbs. turkeys (maybe one the day before, just not sure of how to reheat and not dry it out. ps. can't wait to use your recipe. Trader joes has brined turkeys in the bag ready to go. Do you think these are ok to use? I"m concerned about the turkey brining for so long. Thanks, Jenny
I would say a pound per person, so a 20lb turkey!
