How can I cook safely? sometimes when I make salad or something else, I cut my finger and it's bleeding. what do I do wrong?

It is all about the way you place your fingers .Your non cutting hand fingers should be bent inside and guide the advancement of the blade.

What comes around goes around.

you need to pay more attention to where your fingers are when you are cutting. my friend had the same problem until one day she nearly severed all the nerves in her hand because she wasn't paying full attention.
