My favorite is actually one from my cookbook Stir, Laugh, Repeat

Tuna Melt Casserole

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can (8.5 oz.) english peas, drained

1 can (12 oz.) tuna, drained

2 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles

1 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided in half

1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onons

Mix soup, peas, tuna, noodles and 1/2 of the cheese together.  Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.  Sprinkle with rest of cheese and onion rings.  Bake another 5 minutes or until cheese melts.  Serves 6
