It should tell you on the cooking bag.  I would think one hour and a half would be long enough.  Of course it depends on the roast.  What type it is.

  Do it the right way...buy yourself a cheap, instant readout meat thermometer. Insert into thickest part of meat, if it reads 160 F. it's nice & medium rare.
