Convert Text to M3U

Please tell me an easy way to convert a text file to m3u? I am using version 10 of Musicmatch and it won't convert my old playlists.

Funny, I just took a look at one of my m3u files this morning because I opened it on Linux and most of the songs didn't play (I saved it on Winamp). Unfortunately I had to catch my bus before I found what the problem was.

Basically an m3u file is just a text file with song names and file locations, so it should be pretty easy to do this conversion. You sound like you used something else before Musicmatch 10, did you do this with other programs?

Smile   Yes, I did use an earlier version of Musicmatch, from which I got the 'play lists' I was referring to. However, I still need to know how to do that conversion. Any help, would bevery much appreciated.

OK, I waited until I booted into linux again, but it turns out that my problem is not related to yours...

I think the issue you're facing is specific to Musicmatch, and this is probably the solution.

I guess, I don't have what it takes!

Undecided    A suggestion on how to 'edit' the path was given me, but I don't see how to change this path. Thanks for all you help!Smile
