I am using a dell E310 desktop and a contrast 100 block appears on my computer screen. How do I prevent this from poping up on the screen?

If you have EasyTune on you windows,Your contrast is to high. Adjust with EasyTune or the file you have in windows explorer. Or clean your registry,there may be an error there.
