i went to a site, and it stated that all insurance polices were good, that you just have to search them out, i went to the va commonwealth bureau of insurance, each state has one the phone number is 804-371-9741, they can tell you who purchased the insurance co that no longer exists, mine was continental life insurance co inc, the are now senior health ins co of pennsylvania... hope this helps. once i figured out who to call it only took them a second to find out the new company. dont pay anyone to do this for you i found sites that chargd $75-100, you can easily find out on your own!!
