This sounds really frustrating for you especially as you exercise regularly. the only other questions I would ask would be to see what your thyroid results are. All clinics are different and some will consider any TSH numbers over 4 as under active whereas for many women, a TSH number over 2 can cause them to gain weight with no reasonable explanation. Can you contact your doctor to find out exactly what your results were?
Secondly, look at what you are eating and try each week to cut out something completely in case you are intolerant to it and see if this effects your weight. I would suggest that you have a week with absolutely no white carbs - so no white bread, potatoes, pasta or rice. instead try sweet potato, wholemeal bread and brown rice and brown pasta only. The emphasis should be on having at least 2 different veg with each meal to fill you instead and plenty of fruit and nuts to snack on during the day. turkey, chicken breast and plenty of fish. See if this makes a difference after one week. I suspect it might.
