Consitutionality of mandated insurance

How can forcing me to buy insurance be constitutional? My body is my private property and no one has a right to force me to pay for medical services I don't want and will not use. No 3rd party (insurance) should make "health" decisions for me. Insurance is a poor way to deliver "health" care-it is neither health care nor insurance

This may be in the final health care bill. If it is then it becomes the law of the land. The only to change it is to have Congress repeal that section, or raise a law suit and appeal to the supreme court.

I think it's unconstitutional, and a ploy to raise money.
