I do not think anybody knows of all the "cookies" that Congress is helping themselves to. One thing I do know is that the Washington Post had an article back some time ago about every congressman and Congresslady has a "hooch locker" paid for by the tax payers. These lockers are located at a restaurant in Tysons Corner, Virginia. My feeling is if they want a "hooch locker" to store their poison, they can pay for it out of their own pocket. They have no right to force Americans to pay the bill for every Congress man/lady on top of their regular pay!
