what does it mean when a woman says a man or woman is not her type but yet she loves her husband but flirts and grabs the woman butt?

Maybe she wants to see what they do or say? It might be the first step in trying to see if this is what she wants and if the other person gives her a lead on what to do next.

Dumb or silly, deserves same.

Not enough, clear facts.

So best you try to ask her what it is all about and hope she will be honest with you; ask her in a non-intimidating, non-judgmental way.  And don't react right away with what she tells you; reflect on it some before discussing it more.
