Confused about if my pregnancy is normal

i had ivf treatment and had a positive test result 6 days after embryo transfer i am now 4weeks 2 days pregnant i am having awful sickness and feeling like my stomach is turning alot is this normal? also i had 2 embryos put back could this mean i am having twins as sickness was from about 4 days after transfer please help as i am confused. i have had 3 ectopic pregnancies and had tubes taken away this is why i had ivf so not hugely worried of misscarriage but very confused.

Don't take any chances, call your Dr asap.  they will have answers for you.

It is normal to be sick when pregnant, this is no problem.  Though if you have had problem with pregnancies in the past and are worried it is always safe to ask your doctor any questions you may have.  Also Webmd is a great place to ask questions about any health issues, this can get you started in the right path.  So if you want to first you can go to Webmd.com and if something is not right it will tell you to call your doctor immediately.
