Concrete walls for an apartment, good or bad?

Bad:

1. Relatively expensive to build.

2. Relatively expensive to change after it is built.

3. More complicated to add windows/doors.

Good:

1. Long lasting and safe.

2. Relatively good isolation from temperature and noise.

3. Holds screws and shelves better.

It is usually customary to build with concrete on the outside walls and use plaster or wood in the internal walls.
