It depends on what you want to do. Do you want to create an ASP.NET application that accesses Twitter?

If that is the case you have two options:

  1. Take the code, compile it to a DLL and reference it from your solution.
  2. Take the .cs file itself and add it to your solution's App_Code folder. That way you'll be able to access it from throughout your ASP.NET application
