Computer qeustion

this is a curiosity qeustion.i have a computer pentum 4 made for windows XP and in 2008 sp3 for xp comes out.also vista.have problems.or how manny of you stay xp and how manny go to vista ?

I stayed with XP. Guess I would upgrade to Vista once I'll buy a new computer.

At the moment, I'm gonna stay with XP. There's too many compatibility issues concerning Vista. I will reconsider after Microsoft will release the first service pack for Vista.

what about service pack xp3 ?.and vista be home basic ?

Vista Home Basic doesn't give you anything you don't have in XP home. XP SP3 should be released soon (release candidate 1 is out today). Some testers say it's a bit faster than SP2, some say it's just the same.

I'm also staying with XP for now.

i wait til few years 2 or 3.i have now xp home with sp3.thought home basic whats wrong with home basic ?

 

yeah we have vista on two computers in our house an i notice that vista dose have issues...but it is a nice program,now i just got another computer thats a pentium 4 3.06 ghz singlecore with one gig of memory an windows xp home an its blowin the other computers away...one is a amd xp dualcore 2.2 ghz with 3 gig of ram ddr2 an the other is a hp with pentium dualcore 2.4 ghz an also 3gig of ram ddr2 ..... plus i studyed that alot of computer experties our swiching back to windows xp pro......
