Computer problems

I have a question about my computer and I'm not sure what to do about it.

I went to my c:/windows and I seen a really big list of strange looking codes that are all in blue text and I'm not sure if it's a bad thing because I did a McAfee scan on my computer and it said everything was fine. Here's what the codes look like,

SNtUninstallKB890859S

SNtUninstallKB914389S

There is a long list of these codes and they are all in blue text and I'm not sure what to do because it all looks strange because they are similar to each other , but with different letters and numbers. If anyone knows what it means please let me know. Thank You for your time.

Suzy,  If you have a store near you called Best Buy, call them.  Ask for the Geek Squad.  They have very knowledgable employees who will help you with problems over the phone for free.  I tried them once and my problem was fixed in no time.  Good Luck.
