I was on the internet when my computer froze and about 5 pop-ups came up, informing me that I had several viruses. Although a couple had the word "microsoft," and there were two or three Windows shields, I became very suspicious & tried to get either the Microsoft or Windows security sites, but everything was frozen except the two options (the one being pushed was to download something). So I closed it out and tried Internet Explorer again. This time I got my start page - but everytime I touched a key I got an "error message" to the effect that the site was no longer functioning. The page remained but lost all its color. I tried another server, but when I got Windows, they said I had to contact them by IE. What should I do?
