I would like to make a complaint on file about their return polices and how they treat the customers. This store is on Kings Hwy. and E 16 St. 

It is very easy to lose your receipt because they are so small and so is the print. They will not allow u to exchange the item without a receipt.

This is not right.

I have never heard of this. Most reputable stores will allow you to do that(exchange). I have been stuck many times because I lost my receipt, and the items did not fit. There areno fitting rooms.

The manage and the employees behavior.  How they treat the customers. We are customers, and without us there would be no Conways. This is not right and to be treated the way they treat the customers.

This is one of the worst stores that I have been in. I don't see this going on in the other stores. I do not like there behavior and the way they treat the customers. They (most) are not nice and can be very nasty to us.

I would like someone to look into this store. The securty guard is very nasty and rude. This is no way to behave.
