Why Complain If You Don't Vote ?

Why  do  people  who are  not  voters,  turn around  and  complain  about  how poor  of  a job the  U.S. President  is  doing?

And you  wanna  know  something,  these will  be the same  people  in about  3 more years  ,who will  be  the same people  complaining  cause  he got  re-elected  for  second  term?

And  in  3 more years , These  will  be the same people  who  complain , How  bad  of  the job that   President  Barack Obama   is  doing  to the country,  If   DON'T  VOTE ,  than   WHY COMPLAIN?
