Not being familiar with Colo.Statute on x-offenders' other than Sexual Preditors 'Postings ; I'd have to say off the top , Murderer or Justifiable Homicide , reckless homicide , manslaughter , if He served his time and didnt escape but is MIA , perhaps a similiar set of circumstances' befell him , its all supposition any way .
