Collapsed Veins

After having chemotherapy for several years, everytime I need blood work my veins collapse. They have not been able to draw blood for my upcoming surgery. I can see veins on my right arm; however, I don't any lymph nodes on that side. Long time ago, my oncologist told me not to let anyone draw blood from that side. Is there anything I can do to help the situation. Thank you so much for you help.

Wink  Headphones: you can listen to music you like or keep other noise out.

You can listen to that oncologist for your own good and make it known not to draw blood on that arm. Pre-op testing is usually done in a hospital if not always. They know what to do. Don't worry, there are other ways.
