Itay...you're not crazy...well at least about this issue...LOL When you put your fingers into the gloves, well... that isolates them from the warmth of the adjoining fingers. If you start out with warm gloves and warm hands then... the quality of your gloves, in being able to keep the warmth in, is an issue versus wearing loosely knit gloves that lets the cold in. So, yes, your cold fingers need a buddy system to warm up...like their neighboring fingers! I wear mittens for this very same reason, but the dexterity is minimal! Best advice, if you want to wear the gloves is to start off with everything warm with a higher quality glove or else...keep your hands in your pants...that always works! hehehe  ~Heart
