May a human develop cold durability by exposing himself to cold again and again?
Unfortunately the answer lies in results of experiments carried out by Nazi medecine in concentration camps. In evidence brought out during the Nuremberg trials Nazi doctors sprayed naked Russian prisoners with cold water outdoors in the coldest weather. They did not survive any longer than gypsies and other prisoners who were also sprayed. There might be some ability to endure cold weather by some exposure but I don't think it would be a significant improvement.
Actualy you dont catch a cold from being exposed to cold weather. I hapens when you are exposed to a cold virus.
