Coffee decorations

How do they do all those decorations on cappuccinos? Do they pour it in a special way?

Yes it is a combination of puring the milk and tilting the cup!

I know of one decoration type, the heart, which is simply caused by pouring the foamed milk after the coffee, in the center, to make a white circle, and then using the teaspoon-handle to draw a line through the circle.
