Clouds are vaporized water which was accumulated together. The cloud “life circle” is very simple: water (mainly from the ocean) get vaporized they rise up and move by wind and the different pressure on the planet surface and atmosphere – at this point they become clouds. These clouds will become water again as the cloud will pass over the land.
