Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.

Have you tried one of those Tide stain sticks?

  I would think they'd work.

do you know what kind of glue?  If you have the bottle, try contacting the manufacturer.  Oxy clean (or the generic oxygen clean) may help in softening it.  Scrub a bit with an old toothbrush.  Shout! may also work.  Again...scrub with a toothbrush.  Make sure scrubbing is in a small circle just to make sure you don't move the glue from one part of your jeans to another.
