I put flour and cold water down my garbage disposal and it is clogged. How can I unclog it!Will Baking soda help???

I found this information about clogged drains and baking soda. Not sure if it will work with the disposal, but it might be worth a try. 8. To open up a partially clogged drain, pour a half cup of baking soda into it. Follow this with a cup of vinegar. Allow the solution to bubble for several minutes, then run hot water down the drain. http://bit.ly/rTsLX
