I consider President Clinton to be the best President so far in my lifetime.  Those who are more concerned with what is below a President's wasit than what is above have a problem and obviously know little about the world, its issues, and how to solve them. We had peace and prosperity, we were admired around the world. Pres. Clinton  even received a standing ovation when he appeared before the UN during the height of the Lewinsky scandal.  As Allan Greenspan wrote in  his book, "President Clinton was brilliant but flawed".  I say - is any brilliant person, NOT?  There is no comparison between this President and the nit wit Bush,Jr. Bush Jr. on the other hand was not brilliant but he was very flawed-flawed with dumbness and was nothing more than Dick Cheney's puppet.
