Cleaning a coffee maker

I heard you clean the coffee maker with a mixture of water and vinager and running it through a brewing cycle but not sure of the mixture ratio.  Any suggetions on this?

For the reservoir, fill it with undiluted white vinegar, use a filter and run about half the vinegar through the coffee pot. Turn it off and let it sit for about half an hour, then turn it back on and let the rest of the vinegar go through. It doesn't really matter how much you use. Make sure to clean it afterwards. I'd  also go for lemon salt which does wonders.
