Clean up BAD Credit history and IRS dollars past due

My Brother age 46, has gotten in to a big credit mess, and IRS yearly taxes not filed. He is a follower and his marriage of 14 yrs is dissolving. He has 3 (17,15,12)children with him and is self-employed drywall /handy man. I have discovered at least 4 yrs back taxes need to be done and past money due to the IRS. Bad credit and back taxes looks to be near the 72,000.00 so far. He has no money and living from Job to job. Homeless except for myself and a brother letting him stay in our extra rooms.. A car that should not be on the roads, nothing of value well under 1500.00 . Where do I start getting him turned around. Child Protection has removed the children from the mother, so I am seeking wisdom FAST and at the level he is at . Have requested the papers for his W-s' and 1099.. as they could not be found..he has no funds to pay what is said he owes? what should he do? also needs help with Divorce, again no $$ . He is manageing to feed and keep up with the childrens needs and now to get his own home / Apartment the credit history is a big hurt...Help ! Any ideas please share, gettting this family on the right path to financel freedom... MARY
