Authentic Calabrese Christmas recipes. There is a recipe from the old country that look like doughnuts but I believe it's made with potato, flour and egg (water???, oil???). In the dialect it was called, "culure--Phonetically--"coolureh" Love to know for sure. I would appreciate. Lago
