What kind of topper do you normally use on your Christmas tree?

My family use an angel that my sister made in class about 20 years ago, but she is very attached to it. This year I am having my own tree for the first time and I think i will put a star on the top.

i love my topper, it's a blue tinsel star. i bought it the first year i ever had my own tree.
